The Waiting Game

Well, after waiting the 6 months it took to to complete the Real Estate Trading Services corespondents course, the 2 months for the exam date, the 3 weeks for my exam results, and the 2 weeks to hear from the Real Estate Counsel, I now have to wait 3 months to begin the Residential Trading Services Applied Practice Course. Gahhh. Good news is, after passing the examination, you can still work as a fully licensed Realtor as long as you begin the practice course within a 6 month time frame. My advice to anyone currently taking the course is PLAN WELL AHEAD! Registration for the exam dates, as well as the practice exam course, fill up very quickly so the sooner you register the better! I could have avoided a lot of waisted time if I had spent a little more time planning ahead.
